I own NWN2 on GOG and I am contemplating playing it with a friend. He's not the most patient in terms of bugs or connection issues so I don't want to waste his time/money if its going to be a complete battle to get working. We're both pretty tech savvy so we can apply community patches or tweak settings as necessary.

What do you guys think? I see very conflicting information in the GOG reviews with some saying it's not bad and others saying its still very buggy even with patches. We will be doing LAN multiplayer if that makes a difference. Thanks!
